Seiko Presage - Cocktail Time GMT - Skydiving

This watch is one of a new trio of Seiko watches which are Presage’s first Cocktail Time pieces with GMT functionality.

Seiko Presage Cocktail Time watches are inspired by Japanese cocktail culture and specific drinks from the Star Bar in Tokyo’s sophisticated Ginza area. Perfectly balancing sweet and sour flavours, the ‘Skydiving’ cocktail is a mix of rum, lime juice and blue curaçao, giving it a pale blue hue.

The dial of the light blue ‘Skydiving’ dress watch with its sunray reflections is designed to resemble the view through a cocktail glass. The GMT hand is inspired by the stem of a cocktail glass, whilst the second hand signifies a cocktail stirrer with its elegant handle. In tandem with the Arabic numerals at each index, this timepiece tracks two timezones simultaneously. With razor sharp markers, and Dauphine-style hands, this piece has a date feature at 3 o’clock, for added practicality. It is accompanied by a five-link bracelet, for added light refraction and comfort.

It is powered by an in-house 4R34 GMT calibre, with a 41 hour power reserve.
