Q: How much does shipping cost if I purchase online?
We offer Free Shipping on all purchases over $100 in Canada, on orders below $100 shipping is $8 within Canada.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We can ship internationally, there are some exceptions:

  1. Seiko cannot be sold outside of Canada
  2. There are a select number of countries we do not ship to, if your country is excluded you will not be able to complete checkout.

Q: How much is international Shipping?
A: We offer free international shipping for purchases over $500 CAD, and $30 CAD for purchases made below $500.

Q: Who do you use for shipping online purchases?
A: We use Canada Post for all domestic and international shipping, this provides tracking information for both the Purchaser and us.

For certain high end purchases we will ship with UPS within Canada.

Q: Can I get a discount?
 Our prices are very competitive. We often advertise special promotions and sales. If you feel you can buy your watch for less elsewhere, let us know, we will be happy to review our prices and compete for your business.

Q: How do I pay for my watch?
A: We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, Apple & Google Pay, Visa and MasterCard Gift Cards, mall gift cards and cash.  Also ask about our excellent Layaway plan.

Q: What if my watch needs service?
 The Halifax Watch Company is an authorised dealer for every brand that we sell, and products must meet our high quality standards before they become part of our brand line-up. However, sometimes watches do require servicing and you can rest assured that your product is covered by a manufacturers warranty.

If there is a defect in your watch that is covered by a manufacturers (refer to the documentation that came with your watch to see what is covered), then please return the watch to us or send your watch directly to the manufacturer for repair.

Should you require any other repairs that are not covered by the manufacturer, please call or visit us with your watch for a quote and prompt service.

Q: What about returns?
 Please note that purchases made in-store at our retail locations are exchange or in store credit only, as long as the product has not been worn, and is in new condition. We do not issue refunds on any purchases.

Q: Do you have employment opportunities?
 We are looking from time to time, to expand our team. If you enjoy providing excellence in service to the public and have an aptitude to work with watches, then we will train you for a rewarding retail position. Call us or drop by and ask for the store manager.
