Seiko Prospex - Diver Scuba Mechanical - Ocean Grey

SPB485J1

3 Year Canadian Limited Warranty

This timepiece combines the qualities of a Sports watch with the elegance of a dress watch.

Under a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glass is an ocean grey dial with a calm coastline pattern. The bronze toned polygonal-style bezel with gentle curves not only give a modern aesthetic edge, but is also designed for a functionally enhanced grip – making turning the bezel quick and comfortable.

The hands and indices are strongly coated in Lumibrite for high visibility in dark conditions, whilst the case has a super-hard coating for high scratch resistance; the mirror-finished surfaces on the case providing its elegant sheen. Conforming to professional ISO diving specifications, the watch is eminently versatile – suitable for both formal occasions and active wear.

This automatic mechanical timepiece is water-resistant up to 300 metres, powered by a reliable in-house 6R55 automatic movement, accurate to -15/+25 seconds per day with a three-day power reserve.

Prospex is a combination of the words ‘Professional’ and ‘Specifications.’ Seiko Prospex timepieces are designed to be practical, reliable and durable; to meet the high standards required in extreme environments for sports lovers and adventure seekers alike.

What is an Automatic Watch?

An automatic watch harnesses the wearer’s arm’s movement to power its mechanism. As the arm swings, a rotor inside the watch rotates, winding the mainspring. This stored energy is then released, driving the gears that keep the watch’s hands moving and ensure accurate timekeeping.
