"Did not come with a manual and was not properly set to the time zone in which it was bought or the one that it was shipped to.When I called regarding setting instructions, the vendor had no one available to talk me through the process. I was provided the serial number on the backon which I had to then locate the model and set the watch myself. I still have not been able to ascertain if this model has a wind down crown o not. it certainly does not appear to have lne from what i can tell. I located a copy of the manual on the citizen website, but there was a number of different models that I had to look through as they appear to have the same movement but on closer inspection did not. Given the watches price and complexity I think the manufacturer should really have included setting instructions. Moreover, the vendor should’ve sent the thing properly set for the time zone in which it would be delivered to which, as I mentioned above, was not done."
