Why Didn't my coupon code work?

Due to Manufacturers authorized pricing, not all items are allowed to be discounted. We do our best to offer competitive pricing, but these polices are direct from the brands themselves and not up to us.

Can I contact you for sizing information?

Of Course! You can send us an email, use live chat, or put a note on your order. Please advise the rough measurement of your wrist and we can adjust the bracelet accordingly.

Do you have a storefront where I can try things on?

The style I want is on pre-order. What does this mean?

Pre-order items are items that we do not have currently on hand but can be purchased in advance for when they come back in stock. Every Pre-Order Item has the rough delivery date on the product page.

Can I get a Discount?

Our prices are very competitive. We often advertise special promotions and sales. If you feel you can buy your watch for less elsewhere, let us know, we will be happy to review our prices and compete for your business.

How do I pay for my Order?

We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, Apple & Google Pay, Visa and MasterCard Gift Cards, mall gift cards and cash.  Also ask about our excellent in-store Layaway plan.

- Interest Free and no Fee financing via Affirm, AfterPay and Sezzle (Online Only)

When will my order ship?

We try and ship all in-stock orders within 1-2 business days, orders placed before 3pm AST are more likely to ship the same day.

Drop Ship items will ship within 2-5 business days.

What is your return policy?

Please note that purchases made in-store at our retail locations are exchange or in store credit only, if the product has not been worn, and is in new condition. Online Order can be returned for a refund if in new and un-worn condition. They must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving. We do not pay for return shipping.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer Free Shipping on all purchases over $100 within Canada, on orders below $100 shipping is Calculated at Checkout.

We offer Canada Post Priority, FedEx, UPS and Purolator shipping options which are calculated at checkout.

Who do you use for shipping online purchases?

Purolator & UPS Ground Standard during Canada Post Labour Dispute

We use Canada Post Letter Mail and Tracked parcels for all domestic and international shipping, this provides tracking information for both the Purchaser and us.

For orders over $1500 we will ship with FedEx within Canada.

We Cannot Ship FedEx, UPS or Purolator to PO Boxes.

Do you ship internationally?

We Ship around the world, shipping can be confirmed at Checkout for your country.

Currently, we are only shipping Watch Bands to the United States due to trade policy changes. Rest assured, once things stabilize, we'll resume shipping Watches as well.

We are not able to ship certain brands like Seiko and Casio Watches outside of Canada due to Brand policies.
