"The strap seems good quality. it is a bit rough but also feel very durable. hardware is good too. I ordered 2 straps (noat and leather) and a deployment buckle they called me before shipping to tell me the buckle wouldn't fit on the leather strap because of the taper, I told them I wanted to put it on the Nato like with anchor straps. They told me it was fine. Thing is it doesn't seem to fit because of the way the nato is sewn. I'll keep the buckle for another watch. I like the look of the watch + strap"

"I would have preferred to pay more for quality… the material is very low grade and not what I expect from a watch store and the description of this NATO strap. I have gotten better quality off Amazon. I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone and it being my first purchase… I don’t think it was the greatest experience. Thank you for your business and I love supporting a Canadian company… so I don’t want a refund. Hope that you guys get rid of the low quality and just provide something nice… even at the lowest tier."
