"Well since you asked . . . My only real complaint is the "pillows" for the watches are too small. I have small wrists, about 6. 75 in. in diameter and the watch is loose on the pillow! Even with the watch on the pillow it is still loose in the section. If they made the pillows a little longer and a little bit thicker it would be better! The watch & pillow should be snug in each section. Look at how a watch fits in the case from the watch manufacturer. It is snug so it doesn't slide around. If the case should happen to get jostled or tilted all of the watches would be sitting on the lid of the case! Not so great!!"
