Why Choose FKM Rubber?

Why Choose FKM Rubber?

FKM, short for Fluoroelastomer, is a remarkable type of synthetic rubber that combines high density with a soft touch. Designed to withstand challenging conditions like extreme temperatures and harsh chemicals, FKM rubber has found extensive use in industries such as aerospace and nautical. Its exceptional qualities include excellent resistance to oxidation, acids, and fuels, as well as impressive temperature durability ranging from -60°C to 225°C. With great stability in all weather conditions and a long lifespan, this material has proven its worth. Originally developed by the American company DuPont under the brand name Viton®, FKM has become synonymous with quality.
